Welcome to SailingChi Yacht Club!

For us, it all starts with community. Community is our most important part to us. 2024 was our best year yet. So let's get into it!

Here's the deal:

$3,500 for the year for all-Inclusive and Unlimited Sailing. You'll have access to our fleet of boats for unlimited sailing with social benefits and flexible scheduling. No other fees or restrictions on time, just pure sailing fun!
The club uses the app GroupMe to communicate with members about the boats and to schedule sailing trips.
Community Spirit: Our members are passionate about sailing and enjoy sailing with each other. We've created a friendly and welcoming community in downtown Chicago that's always ready to welcome new members with or without sailing experience. We will teach you to operate if you are newbie.
Location, location, location! We're in downtown Chicago at the heart of the city. There are many benefits at the center of the city. First, you're already here. If you're sailing out of the other harbors, you have to sail an hour to get to the skyline. Second, more sailing days. Because Dusable and Monroe are inside the protection of the Chicago Harbor that means you can still go sailing comfortably more of the time. Third all of the good stuff about being downtown, from access to fireworks all the best city amenities are here!
Our fleet consists of our club boats a Lippincott 30 (" S/V Flo Rose"), a Catalina 30 ("S/V Loyal"), and our flagship vessel a Beneteau 47.7 ("S/Y Guppy")
